Our experienced firm is headed by Partners Sarah Roberts, LLB and Ed Loughnan, LLB, BSc. while Legal Executives Rosemary Burney and Diane MacDonald support the partners in a team environment. Our office manager, Peter Garrett is available to assist with any general enquiries concerning your files and documents.

Sarah Roberts

Sarah was admitted in 1989, Sarah maintains a broad general practice with considerable experience in the areas of relationship property law, trusts and estate planning. She is also the trust account partner.

Ed Loughnan

Ed was admitted in 2000, Ed maintains a broad general practice with considerable experience in the areas of commercial property and leasing.

Legal executives

Rosemary Burney

Rosemary has over 35 years legal experience. She has considerable experience in the area of conveyancing including subdivisions and estate administration. She also operates the firm's trust account.

Diane MacDonald

Diane is a qualified legal executive who has developed a particular interest in conveyancing and also provides support to Ed.

Office manager

Peter Garrett

A former bank manager, Peter is responsible for the day to day running of the firm and the management of client documents.
